The San Diego Mission Bay Boat and Ski Club (SDMBBSC) is a 501(c)7 social and recreational club organized for pleasure, recreation, and other nonprofitable purposes, substantially all of the activities of which are for such purposes and no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder. SDMBBSC elected Officers serve an annual term and its Board of Directors serve a biannual term. Election proceedings begin November of each year and all positions are filled by volunteers and comprised of members in good standing.
