
SDMBBSC Annual Chili Cook-Off
All are welcome so bring the kids, neighbors, friends, and parents. All adults will be charged $10 at the door to cover event costs and the winning purse.
The rules
- Your Chili must be there for the tasting by 1:00pm at the latest.
- Teams consist of 1-4 participants
- Chili is prepared ahead of time and brought to the Club in a Crock Pot. There will be tables with a plug-in area for your Crock.
- Individuals/Eaters will be equipped with a bowl and a spoon to taste your chili.
- You must name your chili and have a sign to place by your creation.
- Each individual will be given three beads for judging upon entry to the club - a gold (best chili), a red (spiciest chili) and a brown (the worst).
